Fishergate, Fulford & Heslington Local History Society (FFH)

The Fishergate, Fulford & Heslington Local History Group (FFH for short) is a group of people interested in the history and heritage of the south eastern quarter of the city of York, including the Fishergate and Fulford Road area and the adjacent villages of Fulford and Heslington.

‘The objective of the Society is to engender a greater understanding of the history and heritage of our area, so that people will value their surroundings more and seek to protect and enhance their environment for future generations to understand and enjoy’
